NOTICE TO RANFURLIE GOLF MEMBERS: Upcoming Annual General Meeting You are cordially invited to attend the 89th Annual
General Meeting (AGM) of Amstel Golf Club Incorporated, to be held at Amstel
Club on: Date: Thursday, 2nd October 2025
Time: 7:00 PM
Location: Amstel Club Function Room
Refreshments: Beer, wine and finger food provided.
This year’s AGM will coincide with a New Members Welcome
Night, creating an opportunity to meet and engage with new members. As an
additional incentive, a prize draw will be held for all eligible voting
members who attend. The winner will receive their subscription fees for the
following year at their current level of membership—completely free. Agenda:
- Confirmation
of the minutes of the 88th Annual General Meeting held on 24th October 2024.
- Presentation
of Reports.
- Appointment
of an Auditor for the ensuing year.
- To
transact any other business of which due notice shall be given in writing
to the Secretary at least seven (7) days before the meeting.
- Confirmation
of the results of the election for two (2) Board positions.
- Members
are advised that two (2) positions will be up for election, being the
roles of President and Treasurer.
- Graeme
Percy will re-stand for the role of President.
- Will
Carter will re-stand for the role of Treasurer.
o Members
can nominate to run for either Board position by contacting Amstel Group's
Managing Director, Daniel Muir, via email (daniel@amstel.org.au) and requesting
a nomination form. o Nominations
must be received by 5:00pm on Wednesday, 18th of September
2024. No late applications will be
accepted. o This
year, the Club will be adopting an electronic voting system for the election. Details on how to vote will be sent to
members after Nominations close. We encourage you to attend this important meeting, where key
decisions affecting the future of the Club will be made. Your participation is
