Dear Member,

Wednesday Working Bee

A big thank you to our working bee crew! This morning, 11 of our dedicated members teamed up with the grounds staff and planted over 300 new trees along the left side of the 4th hole - double the original goal of 150  trees!

Their efforts will not only enhance the beauty of the course today, but the area will only continue to improve as the trees grow and mature in the years ahead.

We're so grateful to everyone who gave up their time - the results already look fantastic!

Ranfurlie Cup Qualifying 

this Saturday

This Saturday marks the qualifying round for our annual Ranfurlie Cup Board Event, open to eligible 7-day members.

Please note: If you are new to the club, you must have held your membership for at least three months to be eligible.

If you are available for the Semi Finals and Finals over the following two weeks, be sure to tick the availability box when registering this Saturday.

We look forward to a great day of competition!

Pennant Final Result

The Ranfurlie Pennant Final was played last Sunday at Southern against Berwick-Montuna with our team unfortunately going down 6-1.

Our team provided an exciting season of success achieving promotion to Division 4 for 2026. thank you to all involved including Pennant Manager Colin Morley and major sponsor Kevin Nolan from Mega Trim.

May Medal of Medalist Results

Firstly, congratulations to all our Monthly Medal winners from May 2024 to April 2025 for their outstanding achievements and for qualifying for the recent Medal of Medalist Finals.

Congratulations goes to those overall winners from each day of the stroke events over the past week and today. These players received a credit prize and will have their names proudly inscribed on the Medal of Medalist trophies.

Bay golf cards now ready for collection

For our full 7 Day members, the new Bay golf Cards will be available for collection from this Saturday. 

Envelopes will be in Alphabetical order in boxes in members lounge. Please find your name on the list and please mark off your name as collected. Please note the following:

  • Clubs retain full discretion to accept or decline bookings.
  • The offering is primarily available midweek during PM timeslots; however, clubs may choose to accept AM bookings if preferred.
  • Cranbourne GC, will remain fully operational until the end of February 2026.

Biggest Morning Tea - Women's Charity Event

Spots filling fast. In the spirit of raising funds for a cause that touches us all, and as a wonderful opportunity to showcase the beautiful Ranfurlie Golf Course, we invite women of all golfing abilities to join us on Wednesday, 21st May for a fun and inclusive Ambrose golf day.

Following the round, enjoy a light snack lunch and continue the festivities with:

  • Novelty free-hit shots available for purchase to boost your group's game
  • Memorial cards for sale in honour of loved ones
  • Silent auction events held upstairs during lunch

It promises to be a fun, meaningful, and social day - so please spread the word and encourage others to get involved!

Current Members may lodge a written objection to any application, addressed to the Golf Services Manager, Andrew Bourne abourne@ranfurlie.com.au

Such objections shall be considered by the Board, whose decision shall be final.

Please note members on Monthly direct debits, now have just 7 days after their payment defaults to fixup their missing payment before having their membership suspended. Members in this situation can reactivate their account at any time by paying either online, or at the Ranfurlie Pro Shop or Sports Bar tills.

If you have new payment details to update, or you are having financial difficulty please contact membership early to assist at.

We ask that members please be aware that paying your invoices online subjects you to a small surcharge of 1.65% plus 0.55c. If you wish to avoid this fee, you can pay your invoices in person at the Pro Shop or over the phone. 
Please also avoid using apple pay processes which are not accepted by Payrix or Mi Club.
