Digital Guest Passes for Gold & Corporate Members

Please be advised that Ranfurlie Golf Club are transitioning to digital guest passes. For Gold and Corporate Memberships that were due on April 1st, golf passes will be electronically added to your member account and can be redeemed at the golf shop counter.


For members who joined in a rolling membership year, your current physical passes will be honoured until their expiry, at which time you will also transition onto the new digital system. Guest passes can be redeemed by simply quoting your member number to staff in the golf shop who will deduct the pass from your total allocation for the membership year. Any digital passes not used within 12 months will expire.

The current physical guest passes for rolling membership dates will continue to be honoured until their expiry date, at which time they will be fazed out. Please note, guests are allowed 6 days a week from Sunday PM to Friday.

Bay Golf reciprocal Cards for the 2024/25 season are now being prepared and will be issued to 7 Day members shortly.

Jack Ash Trophy - Sunday May 26th

OPEN TO ALL FULL MEMBERS, GUESTS AND LIFESTLYE MEMBERS

This annual board event is back for 2024, revamped allowing all full members the opportunity to win the Jack Ash Trophy except Lifestyle members and guests who can participate in all other prizes. It will be a fantastic opportunity for all members to get together for a fun game of golf full of novelties out on course, followed by dinner, dessert and a few drinks to discuss how the days game went. 

Breakdown of this event:

  • Date and Time: Sunday, May 26th, with tee times available from 12 PM on a separate online timesheet open now, and be sure to click through to the dinner table settings for after golf..
  • Participants: Open to all Full members (Bronze, Silver, Gold, 18-25, 26-35, Life, and Lifestyle) are welcome.
  • Format: Individual Stableford event.
  • Jack Ash Trophy: The best score of both men and women will win the Jack Ash Trophy. All Full members are eligible, including age groups, juniors, and corporates. Lifestyle members can play but are not eligible for the Jack Ash Trophy.
  • Entry: Participants must attend the dinner as well.
  • Conditions: Full members (Gold, Silver, Bronze, including age groups, juniors, and corporates) can play without green fees on this special Sunday. Lifestyle members can participate by paying their normal green fee but can't win the Jack Ash Trophy.
  • Dinner: 2 Roast Meat selections for dinner in a 50/50 format, followed by dessert.
  • Pricing: Members Golf and Dinner is $35, Dinner only for partners (Non-Golf) is $30, Members Guests $50 including Dinner, Lifestyle $45 including dinner.
  • Booking: Bookings can be made starting from Friday, April 19th, with all payments due by Friday, May 17th.

Revised Conditions of Play

King's Birthday Open Event

Ranfurlie's annual 'Open Tournament' will once again be held on the King's Birthday Public Holiday this year, on Monday June 10th.

This event will carry great prizes including novelty NTPs and Longest Drive challenges.

The cost for Members will be kept at just $15, with Lifestyle members paying this fee plus their normal 18 Hole Green fee. Members can also invite a guest for $65.

All competitors will need an official Golf Handicap with the competition on the day being an Individual Stableford. The field will fill up fast so please contact the golf shop on 9788 8288 to make your booking.

Payment at that time will be required to secure your booking.

Scramble Event - Fully Booked! (Sunday 19th May, 2024)

Following an overwhelming response, please note all teams are now entered to this event with tee allocation being completed with first entries closest to Clubhouse. 

An update advising all teams, hole number and tee times for this event will be sent out tonight. A3 printed outs will be on display in the Men's and Ladies locker rooms from Thursday morning this week.

New Locker Update

New lockers in 2 sizes large (displayed to the right), and small are coming soon, starting with the Women's lockers to be installed week. 

Any women's lockers still with a padlock on them will need to now be cut to remove contents. Items will be stored for collection on request. If we can ask all Male members to start emptying your lockers and removing your padlocks, as your new lockers are due to arrive now within weeks.

Signing of a form and a Bond will be payable of $50 (either size) via Cash, Eftpos or Credit Card. This money will go to the Junior Foundation. At the end of use Refunds will be available if Locker is kept in same 

If you still have not Reserved a locker, please leave your details with the Pro Shop. Lockers will be booked until all reservations have been filled at which time a waiting list will be compiled thereafter.

Any one who would still like an old Blue locker (which come in 3's), please let the Pro Shop know ASAP as shortly all lockers will be thrown out.

Amstel Club Sign In Process

Ranfurlie Members are reminded when you enjoy the facilities at Amstel Club, you are required by the Liquor and Gaming License laws to sign in at reception every time. This can be done by quoting your member number, or showing your member card quoting the last 4 digits with staff entering your details, or by showing your digital members card on your Ranfurlie App.

This is a reminder to all Ranfurlie Members by downloading the free app, once you login, you can press Member Card and a QR code can now be used to sign in simply and quickly at Amstel Club. We encourage all members to download the app, and to use it to its fullest potential.

Please always treat all staff with the utmost respect as staff at Amstel may not know you are a Ranfurlie member, and therefore it is their job to ask for your member information.

Current Members may lodge a written objection to any application, addressed to the Golf Services Manager, Andrew Bourne abourne@ranfurlie.com.au

Such objections shall be considered by the Board, whose decision shall be final.

Please note members on Monthly direct debits, now have just 7 days after their payment defaults to fixup their missing payment before having their membership suspended. Members in this situation can reactivate their account at any time by paying either online, or at the Ranfurlie Pro Shop or Sports Bar tills.

A day we celebrate the amazing mother figures in our community. Join us here at Amstel for breakfast, lunch and all-day dining. We welcome all families celebrating with a special breakfast service from 8am and we will have our bistro dining running all day from 11.30am till 8.30pm.
