Lottery System and Waiting List feature

Members may notice from time to time difficulty getting a preferred tee time when the timesheets opens, especially morning spots for weekend's when booking on the Fridays. It is a reminder to members that as you are entering a "Draw", it does not matter if you log in 30mins prior or 1 minute prior when it opens at 10am or 10.15am, 5 randomly generated people from the draw will get access at the one time to book. 

Please remember if you miss a tee time, to utilize the waiting list function by selecting the time range you require. Then when a member deletes their name, the next on the list is booked in and a notification is sent to the member with their new tee time. Please see both tutorials from Mi Club below. Most Members receive a tee time before the day using this system, the broader the time frame the more chance of a tee time.

Out of Bounds QR Code Recording 

To all members, thank you for those that have reported their golf balls leaving the premises over the past few months. Although encouraging, we know this is only a small percentage of actual golf balls leaving our boundaries. As we have had a grace period, the club has made the decision now to make it compulsory for all members to report their ball leaving the property, either via the QR sign in or by contacting the Ranfurlie Pro Shop.

We ask all fellow playing partners to encourage those involved to do the right thing.

Hole in One on the 3rd 

Congratulations to Antonio Golini who aced the 3rd Hole off the Yellow Tees yesterday! 

For his efforts, Antonio joins the St Hallets 'Hole in One Club'.
