NEW VIRTUAL LOTTERY BOOKING SYSTEM

As a result of the recent change in circumstances, MiClub, our internet timesheet provider has developed a 'lottery' system for timesheet bookings. This has now been rolled out across all Victorian golf clubs using the MiClub booking software to ensure the bookings system doesn't crash due to high traffic volumes. 

This has only been implemented whilst we've been closed and will be in play when our timesheets open next week. This system will become the new norm.

You can also access this information by clicking on the 'i' icon next to the timesheet as circled below or on the Member News section on the website.

Once again, please see below for details about when timesheets will open. This is of course subject to the parameters laid down by the state government tomorrow morning. Any changes will be applied prior to the timesheets opening online.

These bookings will open on Monday May 11:
Tue May 12 Timesheet - Opens Monday May 11 at 11:00am
Wed May 13 Timesheet - Opens Monday May 11 at 12 Noon. 
This timesheet is available to all Members all day from first light except between 8:00am - 9:30am which is reserved for Ladies Competition play.
Thu May 14 Timesheet - Opens Monday May 11 at 1:00pm
Fri May 15 Timesheet - Opens Monday May 11 at 2:00pm
Sat May 16 Timesheet - Opens Monday May 11 at 3:00pm

These bookings will open on Tuesday May 12:
Sun May 17 Timesheet - Opens Tuesday May 12 at 9:00am
Mon May 18 Timesheet - Opens Tuesday May 12 at 10:00am
Wed May 20 Timesheet - Opens Tuesday May 12 at 11:00am

These bookings will open on Wednesday May 13:
Tue May 19 Timesheet - Opens Wednesday May 13 at 10:00am
Thu May 21 Timesheet - Opens Wednesday May 13 at 11:00am

Bookings from Friday May 22 onwards
* All Timesheets will open online and at the Pro Shop - 8 days prior at 10:00am
* This means Friday May 22 Timesheet will open Thursday May 14 at 10:00am etc
* Bookings can be made in one of two ways - either by phone to the Pro Shop on 9788 8288 or via the website. Both will be available at the same time.
