The directive from the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services is now that all golf facilities should close as soon as practicable, until April 13, 2020.
Based on this, and in the best interests of our Members, the Board has made the decision to close Ranfurlie from 6:00pm Sunday March 29th. We will be closed until such time as we are advised we may re-open.
MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS
For Members on monthly subscriptions, payments scheduled for April 7th will be cancelled. A decision on future payments will be made on the basis of when the golf course re-opens. This will be notified to Members in advance.
For Members who have paid their subscriptions already, thank you. There will be a retrospective credit applied to your account once the exact period of closure is known.
For those who are yet to pay their subscriptions we'd like to highlight that the club is facing ongoing expenses with no cashflow during the closure period. As such, if Members are in a position to pay their subscriptions now and are happy to do so we would be very grateful.
Payments may be made via the Pro Shop until Sunday 5:00pm, either in person or by phone 9788 8288. From Monday, payments can only be made via funds transfer:

DRIVING RANGE - To help us prepare for the closure period the Driving Range will be closed from 11:00am on Sunday March 29th.
CLUB STORAGE - Those who wish to remove their clubs from storage may do so prior to Sunday 5.00pm. Those who have their batteries in storage will have them turned off as per recommendation from the manufacturers.
We will continue to keep Members informed of any updates via the Member email communication system.
