CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) - UPDATE
In line with current health & safety guidelines please note the following operational changes effective immediately:
* Only one entry into the building is available - via the Pro Shop upper door
* Thursdays, Saturdays & Sundays - Pro Shop doors open 6:30am due to only single door access. Timesheet bookings for the following week available from 6:30am. Online timesheet bookings available from 6:45am
* Driving Range is open to Members ONLY until 1:00pm
* The FRONT GATE will close daily at 6:30pm sharp each night
* No competition golf, social play only
* No NTP's
* One Tee starts every day. Thursday, Saturday and Sunday timesheets this week have been amended accordingly. Please check your tee time as it has probably changed to a later time. Tee times were shuffled onto the one tee alternating first hit offs from both tees as fairly as possible.
* Flagsticks to remain in the hole. Do not touch the flagsticks. We're testing inverting the cup inside the hole to make it easy to retrieve your ball.
* Maximum one person per Cart
* Sand bottles and eskies have been removed from Carts
* No Guests or non-members permitted from Monday March 30th.
* No alcohol to be sold from the premises.
* No sand buckets available. Groundstaff will fill divots.
* No rakes in bunkers
* Water taps on course have been turned off
* Toilets in locker rooms may be accessed via the Pro Shop.
* On course toilets are open
General distancing and safety guidelines:
* Not more than 6 persons (including staff) allowed in the Pro Shop upper level at any time. Please conclude any transactions and exit quickly.
* Not more than 6 persons allowed in the Pro Shop lower level at any time
* Maintain a minimum 4sqm space for each person at all times
* Not more than 10 people congregating outside around tees or anywhere on course in around Club House and observe social distancing practices of 1.5m separation.
* The Range Ball machine touchscreen, range ball buckets, range barriers and seats are being sanitised regularly
* Wash your hands often with soap and running water, for at least 20 seconds. Dry with a disposable paper towel or hand dryer
* Try not to touch your nose or mouth
* Cover your nose and mouth when you cough and sneeze. If necessary, cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve or elbow.
* Avoid shaking hands with one another
In addition, the following is now in place:
* Timesheet bookings
- Touch screen kiosks have been turned off.
- Bookings can be made in person at the Pro Shop or online at new opening times.
* Member Purchases
- Please verbally inform staff of your Member Number to receive discounts & points
- Staff are instructed to avoid handling Member cards unnecessarily.
* Cash - Limit the use of cash. 'Tap & go' wherever possible. Avoid dollar bets
* Hand Wash is available around the venue
* Cloth hand towels have been removed from Locker Rooms.
* Disposable paper hand towels are available for use
* Loose sunscreen, hair brushes, combs, deodorant and all other shared personal items have been removed from Locker Rooms
